How to send money

1. Create an Account

UK customer starts the registration process by clicking the “Sign Up” or clicking on “Continue” for the first time.

2. Start a transfer

Select the receive country, enter amount and choose the receive method. See our fees and exchange rate upfront.

3. Enter receiver's details

If there are no beneficiaries created previously, the system will load to create a beneficiary.

4.Pay for your transfer

Users can select either Credit card or Bank transfer to proceed the payment. It will list the payment method with the lowest fees on top.

Do I need a +44 number to register or can I register with my +263 number?

You must have a +44 number to register and send money. You can register +263 as beneficiary only.

Can I register with my +44 number and send to my Zimbabwe number +263 as the same user details and redeem funds when I travel back to Zimbabwe?

Yes this is possible.

I don't have a permanent address in the UK. What address to enter while creating the account?

Address that you can provide proof of residence. Ex: Where you receive your utility bills.
